1. The NeuroSeed Foundation is a youth-led organization that intends to provide educational content to high school students interested in pursuing neuroscience related careers. The NeuroSeed Foundation is not a registered non-profit organization, for profit business, or legal entity. All activities and content are produced and distributed on a voluntary basis.

2. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of our Terms, please refrain from using or interacting with our website or services. 

3. All content, resources, and events are provided by the NeuroSeed Foundation on a non-commercial basis. All activities are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to serve as professional medical advice, diagnosis, or as a substitute for consulting with a licensed medical professional. 

4. All content published and made available through this project, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and digital materials, remains the official intellectual property of the creators of the NeuroSeed Foundation. No content of the NeuroSeed Foundation may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, or distributed without explicit written consent. 

5. By participating in the NeuroSeed Foundation, you acknowledge that the NeuroSeed Foundation disclaims all liability. You agree that the NeuroSeed Foundation is not liable for, but not limited to injury, loss of personal income, reputational harm or damage arising from or related to your participation in our services. 

6. By submitting your contact information to the NeuroSeed Foundation, you agree to receive emails, messages, and other forms of digital updates from the NeuroSeed Foundation. You may opt out of such communications at any point of time. 

7. When using our services, you agree to follow our user responsibilities and not to:

• Upload or spread harmful, misleading, or illegal content

The NeuroSeed Foundation is not obligated to provide notice of changes. Continued usage of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
